- Student Counselling
- Counsel students and parents about courses, duration, fees, and career scope
- Understand student needs and suggest the right course
- Admissions Handling
- Handle walk-in, call, and online enquiries
- Explain admission process clearly
- Convert enquiries into admissions
- Course Information
- Provide complete details about syllabus, certifications, placement support, and batches
- Update students about new courses and offers
- Follow-ups
- Regular follow-up with interested students via calls, WhatsApp, or emails
- Maintain enquiry and follow-up records
- Documentation
- Collect and verify student documents
- Fill admission forms and update student data in records/software
- Fee Coordination
- Explain fee structure and payment options
- Coordinate with accounts team for fee collection
- Student Support
- Resolve student queries after admission
- Coordinate with faculty for batch allocation
- Marketing Support
- Support counselling during seminars, workshops, and demo classes
- Help in promotional activities and lead generation
- Reporting
- Prepare daily/weekly enquiry and admission reports
- Share conversion status with management
- Professional Behaviour
