Admission Counsellor

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Education Counselor (Tele-Sales) who will be responsible for calling prospective students, explaining our courses, and converting leads into admissions. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to convince students over phone calls.

Key Responsibilities

• Call potential students from provided data / leads
• Explain courses, fees, and benefits to students
• Counsel students regarding career options and courses
• Follow up with interested candidates regularly
• Convert leads into admissions
• Maintain call records and update CRM / Excel
• Achieve daily / weekly / monthly admission targets
• Handle WhatsApp / email inquiries if required
