Admission Counsellor

The Admission Counselor guides prospective students through the entire admission journey for MBA/PGDM and other management programs. The role focuses on counseling, lead management, communication, and converting inquiries into successful admissions.

Understand students’ academic background, career goals, and preferences.

Provide detailed information about MBA/PGDM programs, specializations, colleges, and entrance exam requirements (CAT, MAT, CMAT, XAT, NMAT, GMAT, etc.).

Suggest suitable institutes based on budget, location, and eligibility.

Handle incoming inquiries from calls, walk-ins, social media, and online forms.

Maintain a strong follow-up system to ensure timely responses.

Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets.

Convert prospective leads into confirmed admissions through effective counseling.
