Admission Counsellor | Education Counsellor

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Admission Counsellor to join our team. The counsellor will be responsible for guiding students through the admission process, understanding their learning goals, explaining courses, and converting enquiries into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities:

• inbound/outbound student enquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
• Provide detailed information about our courses (Python, AI-ML, Data Science, Full-Stack Development, Java, Digital Marketing, etc.).
• Understand student needs, career goals, and recommend suitable programs.
• Follow up with prospective leads and maintain a high conversion ratio.
• Guide students about course structure, duration, fees, certifications, and placement assistance.
• Maintain CRM records, update student data, and follow the admission pipeline.
• Coordinate with trainers and management for batch schedules and admissions.
• Participate in seminars, webinars, workshops, and counselling events.
• Achieve monthly admission targets and contribute to the company's growth.
