Admission Counsellor (female)

We are looking for an experienced female Admission Counselor who can effectively communicate with students and parents, from Telugu-speaking backgrounds. The ideal candidate will counsel prospective students, explain our FMGE coaching programs, and help them through the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle student inquiries and follow up on leads via calls, WhatsApp, zoom meetings and walk-ins.

2. Counsel students and parents about FMGE (Foreign Medical Graduate Examination) coaching programs.

3. Convert leads into enrollments by explaining course details, fee structures, and benefits.

4. Maintain student databases and follow up on pending admissions.

5. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new students.

6. Provide daily reports on inquiries, conversions, and follow-ups to the management team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Language: Fluent in Telugu (mandatory), good communication in English or Hindi.

Experience: Minimum 6months–1year of experience as an Admission Counselor / Academic Counselor / Telecaller (education sector preferred).

Strong convincing and interpersonal skills.

Computer literacy (MS Office excel, word, ppt, CRM tools).

12th pass or Graduate

Immediate joiners preferred

Job Type & Schedule:

Full-time (Work from Office)

Location: Naraina Vihar, West Delhi & Gautam Nagar, South Delhi (flexible for both locations)

Working Days: 6 days a week (Sunday weekly off)

Salary & Benefits:

Competitive salary: 25000 - 30000 / month (no targets), stable candidates

(Salary no bar for potential candidates)
