Advocate

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Advocate with strong expertise in Cyber Law and Court Proceedings. The ideal candidate should be willing to travel across India for handling cyber-related matters, especially cyber bail and cyber crime cases. The role also involves drafting legal documents across multiple practice areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle cyber crime cases, including cyber bail matters across various courts in India

Appear before courts and coordinate legal proceedings related to cyber law

Draft and review applications, bail petitions, replies, and legal notices

Draft family law documents, agreements, and petitions

Draft company policies, agreements, and legal documentation

Coordinate with local counsels and clients during travel assignments

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all legal matters

Required Knowledge & Skills:

Strong knowledge of Cyber Law, IT Act, and cyber crime procedures

Sound understanding of court proceedings and litigation practice

Experience in drafting bail applications, legal agreements, and petitions

Knowledge of family law drafting and documentation

Ability to draft company policies and commercial agreements

Excellent English communication and drafting skills

Language Preference:

Knowledge of additional languages such as Kannada, Bengali, Punjabi, or other Indian languages will be a strong advantage

Travel Requirement:

Must be willing and flexible to travel across India as per case requirements

Candidate Preference:

Female candidates preferred

Candidates with good English communication and drafting skills will be given first preference
