Key Responsibilities/ Key Deliverables:
Agent Recruitment
Develop various sources of agent hiring & build a team of agent
& agent pipe line.
Conduct activity to enhance existing agent footfall to generate
fresh referral for new agent hiring
Implementation of MNYL GOLD process and adhere to the
business norms
Follow agent 9 pointer hiring mechanism & other hiring norms
Agent Development
Ensure product knowledge by MNYL ways of training Field
demonstration (FOD’s)
Development of agent prospecting habits, calling habits and
Measures of Success:
Achievement of business plan &
GPA
Recruitment / Development &
Activisation of agent as per plan.
Number of EC/MDRT agent
work habits.
Work with agent on planning and reviewing of activities and
goals. Identify the training needs of the agent and work with
Trainers to improve the same

Job Purpose:
- To recruit and develop Personal Financial Advisor resulting in generation of new business and renewal of existing business
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure Licensing of the agents and building own team
- To drive productivity of the new and vintage agent
- To drive performance by implementing sales promotion for the PFA
- To coach and mentor PFAs in providing need based solutions for customers
- To deliver new business and renewal business through the new and vintage agents
- To ensure business Reporting, MIS on sales call (LMS) maintained on a daily basis.
