Role: Agency Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, train and develop good quality prospective Agency Partners and Insurance Advisors

Conduct regular meetings and drive empanelment and activation of APs and advisors.

Update sales portal with requisite information to facilitate business tracking.

Obtain and analyse market information to identify new clients and advisors.

Do field visits/joint calls to increase AP/advisor strength and business.

Drive ongoing sales through advisors and contribute towards regional achievements.

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Full-time Graduation (Mandatory)

Age: Preferably up to 35 years

Role Type: Willing to do a field sale job

Location: Local candidates with strong social network (Ghaziabad / nearby areas)

Skills: Good communication skills and presentability

• Background: Preferably from Insurance (Life / General / Health) with Agency Sales experience
