Job Summary

The AI Generalist cum MIS Executive is responsible for the design, management, and optimization of the company’s Management Information Systems (MIS). You will serve as the "translator" between technical data capabilities and strategic business needs. 

Key Responsibilities

• MIS Management & Reporting:
• Oversee the end-to-end data lifecycle, including collection, cleaning, and maintenance of organizational databases.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports and interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Advanced Excel (VBA/Macros).
• AI Integration & Automation:
• Identify opportunities to replace manual data tasks with AI-driven automation and agentic workflows.
• Implement Generative AI tools to summarize complex reports and extract actionable insights from unstructured data.
• Utilize Prompt Engineering to refine data queries and interact with AI models for advanced problem-solving.
• Data Strategy & Analytics:
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their information needs and deliver customized analytical solutions.
• Monitor system performance and ensure high levels of data integrity, security, and compliance.
• Bridge the gap between "Python and PowerPoint" by presenting technical findings in plain language for senior leadership. 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query) and database management.
• Working knowledge of Python or R for data automation and basic machine learning.
• Familiarity with Generative AI platforms, prompt engineering, and AI automation tools.
• Analytical Skills:
