About the Role


We are looking for an Alternate Sales Executive (B2B) to expand and strengthen our dealer and fleet partner network. This role involves on-ground B2B sales, relationship management, and business development with commercial vehicle dealers, fleet owners, and transporters.


The candidate will play a key role in driving dealer onboarding, lead generation, and business growth for the 91Trucks platform.



Key Responsibilities


Drive B2B field sales for dealer onboarding and partner acquisition.

Build and maintain strong relationships with used commercial vehicle dealers, fleet owners, and transporters.

Promote 91Trucks’ products and services to dealers and B2B partners.

Generate business leads through market visits, references, and dealer networks.

Act as a bridge between dealers and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and onboarding targets.

Conduct market mapping and identify new business opportunities within the territory.

Maintain accurate records of meetings, leads, and conversions in CRM.

Provide regular feedback on market trends, competition, and dealer requirements.

Key Skills & Requirements


2–6 years of experience in B2B Sales / Field Sales / Channel Sales.

Experience in automobile, commercial vehicle, used vehicle, logistics, or transport industry preferred.

Strong understanding of dealer network management and relationship-based selling.

Comfortable with extensive field work and meeting multiple stakeholders daily.

Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and reporting.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and execution-focused mindset
