Job Description:

We are hiring an Amazon Account Manager who can handle end-to-end Seller Central operations. The candidate should have hands-on experience in product listing management, PPC advertising optimization, account health monitoring, and case handling including Safe-T claims and reimbursements.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize product listings (SEO, keywords, content)
• Run and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns
• Monitor account health & resolve policy issues
• Handle Safe-T claims, reimbursements, and cases
• Track sales performance and generate reports
• Fix suppressed or inactive listings
• Coordinate for inventory and pricing updates

Requirements:

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central
• Knowledge of listing SEO & PPC ads
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
