Amazon Account Specialist

Location: Janakpuri, New Delhi (On-site)

About Us: We are a growing e-commerce company based in Janakpuri, Delhi, managing multiple Amazon seller accounts. We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Amazon Account Specialist to join our team and help manage day-to-day operations of our Amazon store.

• Key Responsibilities: Manage and monitor Amazon Seller Central account.
• Create and follow up on cases with Amazon Seller Support.
• Handle reimbursements, FBA claims, and inventory-related issues.
• Ensure product listings are accurate and optimized.
• Communicate effectively with Amazon support teams to resolve account health issues.
• Track account health metrics and maintain compliance with Amazon policies.
• Prepare regular reports on account performance and issues.
• Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience managing Amazon Seller Central.
• Strong understanding of Amazon case creation, reimbursements, and inventory management.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Preferred: Experience in handling multiple marketplaces (Amazon US/UK/IN).
• Knowledge of listing optimization and keyword research.
