AMC EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a dedicated professional to manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and Annual Rate Contracts (ARC) for Railway Carriage & Wagon (C&W) projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed according to the contract terms, managing on-site manpower, and handling all technical documentation and government reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all AMC and ARC tasks are finished on time and follow the specific rules mentioned in the contract.
• Assign daily tasks to workers and track the usage of tools and materials to prevent wastage or loss.
• Create and maintain weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Regularly update work status, inventory, and attendance on the ERP system.
• Handle emails and formal letters professionally with Railway authorities and government offices.
• Maintain all AMC-related files, safety records, and compliance documents.
• Be ready to travel to various railway sites or depots whenever required for inspection or work supervision.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
• Previous experience in Railway C&W or AMC work is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Fire Detection and Suppression Systems is a major advantage.
• Proficient in Emails, MS Office (Excel/Word), and ERP software.
• Strong ability to write professional emails and handle official correspondence.
