SIGMA Outsourcing Services Pvt. Ltd. (SOSPL) invites diploma holders and Graduates to join its structured Apprenticeship Training Program under HR & Administration functions at Delhi and Noida centres. This program provides hands-on, real-time exposure in corporate HR, Administration, Compliance, and Business Process Management, helping participants build strong employability and career readiness.

 

PROGRAM RECOGNITION:

This Apprenticeship Training Program is offered under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) of the Government of India, under the Ministry of Education, and implemented by the Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT). Successful apprentices will receive a Government Apprenticeship Certificate upon completion.


APPRENTICESHIP TRAINING COVERAGE:

 1.     Human Resource Operations Training:·    

·   Recruitment calling, interview coordination, and tracker management

·    Onboarding, induction, and joining formalities

·    Attendance collation and ERP tracker updates

·    Employee documentation (IDs, ESIC cards, police verification)

·    Apprentice data management (NAPS/NATS)

·    Payroll and FnF documentation support

·    MIS preparation and HR reporting

·    Training on statutory audit and HR compliance


2.     Administration & Facility Training:·    

·    Front office & visitor management

·    Office coordination, calls, emails, courier handling

·    Meeting room scheduling and office support

·    Office supplies & procurement support

·    Vendor coordination & facility maintenance

·    Filing, scanning, data entry & record management

·    Fire drill, POSH awareness & incident reporting

·    Utility meter reading records


 WHO CAN APPLY:

·    Diploma holders in vocational streams or Graduates in any stream

·    Preference for candidates with Banking & Finance specialization

·    Candidates with 6 months to 1 year experience can also apply

·    Comfortable with MS Excel / Google Applications

·    Good communication over Emails/WhatsApp and Coordination skills

·    Ability to learn and perform effectively in high-noise, pressure-sensitive contact center environments while handling multiple tasks simultaneously

 

PROGRAM DETAILS:

·    Duration: 12 months

·    Working Days: Monday to Saturday

·    Timings: 09:15 AM to 06:15 PM

·    Mode: On-site only

·    Stipend: Minimum ₹12,300 per month

·    Certification: Government Apprenticeship Certificate after completion

·    Benefits: ESIC coverage, real-time BFSI industry experience, career mentorship, resume building, and improved employability
