Architect

We are seeking an experienced Senior Architect with a strong background in group housing and large-scale residential projects. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of proven experience and the ability to manage projects independently, from concept to completion. You will play a key role in design development, coordination with consultants and contractors, and ensuring timely project delivery.

• Key Responsibilities-Lead the architectural design and planning of group housing projects.
• Independently manage end-to-end project execution.
• Coordinate effectively with all project stakeholders, including clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Prepare, review, and approve architectural drawings, design details, and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and project standards.
• Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and resolve design or execution issues promptly.
• Provide technical guidance to junior architects and support teams.
• Collaborate with structural, MEP, landscape, and other consultants to ensure design integration.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
• Required QualificationsBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 10 years of experience with a strong portfolio in group housing/residential projects.
• Proven ability to independently manage large-scale architectural projects.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, materials, construction practices, and latest design technologies.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design/visualization tools like Photoshop.
