Job Description

To build and activate a strong dealer network, drive secondary sales, and ensure consistent monthly offtake in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

1. Dealer Network Development

  • Identify and onboard new dealers (hardware shops, interior/kitchen dealers, security stores)
  • Achieve monthly targets for new dealer addition
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and first order placement



2. Sales Generation

  • Drive secondary sales through active dealers
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Ensure regular product availability at dealer outlets



3. Dealer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers
  • Address dealer concerns related to product, pricing, and service
  • Ensure dealer satisfaction and long-term engagement



4. Dealer Activation & Training

  • Train dealers and their staff on product features and selling techniques
  • Ensure display units and product visibility in stores
  • Support dealers in closing customer sales



5. Installer / Carpenter Network

  • Develop a network of local installers and carpenters
  • Ensure quality installation support
  • Generate leads through installer relationships



6. Market Intelligence

  • Track competitor activities, pricing, and schemes
  • Share market insights and customer feedback with management
  • Identify new opportunities in the market



7. Collections & Payment Follow-up

  • Ensure timely collection of payments from dealers
  • Maintain a healthy credit cycle
  • Minimize outstanding dues



8. Territory Management

  • Plan and execute daily field visits
  • Cover both existing and potential dealers
  • Ensure complete territory coverage



9. Reporting & MIS

  • Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Maintain accurate records of dealer visits, sales, and collections
  • Track performance against targets
