Job Role:

We are looking for a motivated Area Sales Manager to expand the reach of Frusome Fruit Cream by onboarding retail outlets, cafes, bakeries, and food counters. The role involves field sales, relationship building, and increasing product placement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit retail shops, bakeries, cafes, and food outlets to introduce Frusome products

• Onboard new B2B partners and increase product availability

• Maintain relationships with existing vendors and ensure regular orders

• Achieve monthly sales targets

• Collect market feedback and competitor insights

• Coordinate with the operations team for stock supply

Requirements:

• Experience in field sales / FMCG / food products preferred

• Good communication and negotiation skills

• Self-driven and comfortable with field work

• Knowledge of local market and retail network is a plus
