Area Sales Manager

Job Title: Manager – Industrial Products

Location: Delhi (NCR)

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage sales and business development for industrial products in the Delhi/NCR region
• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, and key clients
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
• Prepare sales plans, targets, and monthly/quarterly reports
• Coordinate with service, operations, and supply chain teams for smooth execution
• Handle negotiations, pricing, and order finalization
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
• Lead and guide the local sales/service team (if applicable)

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma (Engineering or Management preferred)
• 5–10 years of experience in industrial products sales or management
• Strong knowledge of B2B sales and channel management
• Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Willingness to travel within the region
