Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, self-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) who is travel-competent and comfortable with frequent field travel. The candidate will be responsible for managing sales, expanding dealer networks, and strengthening our presence in the PUF panel market across assigned regions.

Ø Area Sales Manager (ASM) – PUF Panel Manufacturing

  • Full-time field sales role requiring extensive travel across assigned territories.
  • Responsible for achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify, onboard, and manage dealers, distributors, and B2B clients.
  • Expand market presence through strong dealer and channel development.
  • Build and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, and industrial customers.
  • Conduct regular field visits, client meetings, and market surveys.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market dynamics.
  • Coordinate with other inhouse teams for smooth order execution.
  • Ensure timely payment collections and effective client follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate reports, sales forecasts, and CRM data.
  • Contribute to strategic business planning to drive revenue growth.

Ø Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate degree with 2–5 years of relevant sales experience.
  • Preferably from PUF panels, construction materials, or building products industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
  • Comfortable managing independent field sales and meeting targets.
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
