Area Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Grow overall sales numbers and expand distributor network in the region.
• Appoint new dealers and distributors.
• Track and monitor sales officers’ performance.
• Resolve distributor disputes and ensure smooth demand fulfillment.
• Meet all distributors at least once a week.
• Conduct on-the-job training for the sales team.

Requirements:

• Preferred only Electrical Equipment (switch, wire, cable) industry.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Area Sales Manager (ASM).
• Good team-handling and leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and sales reporting.
• Must have a 2-wheeler with a valid license.
• Must have an Android smartphone.
