Job Title: Area Sales Manager
Location: Delhi
Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Incentives
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and grow sales operations in Delhi. The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in the gold and jewellery industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Manage and develop retail/field sales team
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify new business opportunities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Ensure smooth store operations and reporting
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in gold and jewellery industry (mandatory)
- Strong sales and leadership skills
