Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Primary and Secondary Sales.
- Grow distributor and Retail network.
- Motivate and monitor sales team.
- Resolve distributor disputes and ensure smooth demand.
- Regular Market Visit and Joint working with the sales team.
- Conduct on-the-job training for the sales team.
Requirements:
- Preferred Candidates from Switch, MCB, Wire and Lighting industry.
- Minimum 5 years of Sales experience in Delhi NCR.
- Good team-handling and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of Excel and sales reporting.
- Must have own vehicle for conveyance.
