Procurement, and Construction (EPC) solutions. We specialize in turnkey projects across the electrical
infrastructure sector, with a core focus on High Voltage (HV) and Extra High Voltage (EHV)
substations, Transmission and Distribution Lines, Cabling, Earthing, and Lighting Systems.
Our expertise includes the Supply, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of a wide range of electrical
systems and components such as Gas-Insulated Switchgear (GIS), Compact Substations, HT Panels,
VCBs, RMUs, SF6 Breakers, Transformers, Diesel Generator (D.G.) Sets, LT Panels, and Servo Voltage
Stabilizers. We also execute complete cabling, earthing, and lighting installations with precision and
safety.
Work Location - Delhi / Dehradun / Ludhiana / Chandigarh
Designation - ASM / BDM
Skills - Should be from Electrical background only. Should have sound exposure into VCB, Switchgears, Transformers , Substation, EPC Contractors, B2G Sales.
Job Profile -
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in HV/EHV substations, transmission & distribution projects, cabling, earthing and EPC turnkey solutions.
- Promote company offerings including electrical equipment supply, testing services, AMC, retrofitting and safety products.
- Generate and manage sales leads from utilities, industries, EPC contractors, government departments and infrastructure developers.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals, cost estimates and tender documents in coordination with engineering and projects teams.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing and payment terms to close profitable deals.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, consultants and project owners.
- Handle client meetings, technical presentations and site visits.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction, repeat business and long-term contracts (AMC & service agreements).
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities in power & safety sectors.
- Work closely with engineering, procurement, and project execution teams to ensure accurate commitments and timely delivery.
- Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts and CRM records.
- Support project handover, billing milestones and collection follow-ups.
- Set targets, monitor performance and drive achievement of revenue and growth objectives.
