Asset Operations Manager

• Key Responsibilities:
• A. Documentation Management & Loan Lifecycle SupportCollate, scrutinize, and validate loan-related documentation.
• Identify documentation gaps and follow up with stakeholders for closure.
• Coordinate for deviations and ensure alignment with sanction terms.

• B. Regulatory & Compliance ProcessingManage post-sanction KYC checks and regulatory submissions.
• Track and obtain required regulatory documents such as UFCE, credit ratings, insurance, DDR, and stock statements.
• Monitor and manage Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) updates.
• Handle statutory and compliance-related notices.

• C. Consortium / Multiple Lender CoordinationCoordinate and follow up with consortium lenders and clients.
• Manage Pari Passu, NOC, and inter-lender approvals.
• Track deferrals and ensure timely closure.

• D. Client Servicing & Issue ResolutionAct as the primary servicing contact for corporate and SME clients.
• Process client requests related to certificates, account statements, and clarifications.
• Address and resolve client escalations by coordinating with internal teams.

• E. Operational Workflow, Coordination & MISCoordinate with CAD Central and zonal teams for smooth operations.
• Upload and maintain documentation in internal systems.
• Track pending items such as deferrals and vendor payments.
• Participate in client meetings and discussions.
• Support implementation and monitoring of PSN (Post Sanction) conditions.
