Assistance Shift Supervisor

We are looking for a experienced Shift Manager to manage daily operations of the outlet shifts. The candidate will be responsible for staff supervision, customer service, billing, stock control, and maintaining food quality/ standards. Handle customer complaints. Ensure food quality. cleanliness, and hygiene are maintained/Managed staff follow-ups

Ensure smooth day-to-day operations during the assigned shift

Follow outlet opening and closing procedures

Allocate duties to counter, kitchen, and service staff

Monitor attendance, discipline, and staff grooming

Train new employees as per Hariram standards and SOPs

Food Quality & Hygiene

Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation standards

Maintain FSSAI and company hygiene & sanitation guidelines

Ensure cleanliness of kitchen, counters, and storage areas

Customer Service

Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly

Ensure fast, polite, and efficient customer service

Maintain brand image and customer satisfaction

Cash & Inventory Control

Coordinate with cashiers for billing and cash handling

Verify daily sales reports and cash handover

Monitor stock levels of raw materials, sweets, and packaging

Control wastage and report shortages

Compliance & Safety

Ensure food safety, fire safety, and workplace safety compliance

Monitor proper use of equipment and machinery

Report incidents, breakdowns, or discrepancies to management
