Job Description

  • Key ResponsibilitiesOperate microphones, sound systems, mixers, and audio consoles during events.
  • Ensure proper setup and testing of audio equipment before events.
  • Monitor sound quality and make real-time adjustments during programs.
  • Coordinate with event organizers, speakers, and technical teams.
  • Handle wireless, collar, handheld, and podium microphones efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues related to audio systems promptly.
  • Ensure proper storage, maintenance, and upkeep of audio equipment.
  • Assist in setting up audio systems in halls like Mavalankar Hall, Speaker Hall, etc.
  • Maintain backup systems to avoid disruptions during VIP events.
  • Qualifications & SkillsBasic technical knowledge of audio systems, mixers, amplifiers, and microphones.
  • Experience in handling conference/event audio setups.
  • Ability to work under pressure, especially during live events.
  • Good coordination and communication skills.
  • Understanding of acoustics in conference halls is an advantage.
