Client Servicing Manager

The Service Manager Assistant will support the Service Manager in handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating service execution, and assisting in business development activities. The role requires strong coordination, customer communication, and follow-up skills to ensure smooth service operations and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer sales and service enquiries and provide initial responses.

* Prepare and send quotations based on service requirements and approvals.

* Process Purchase Order (PO) acceptance and maintain proper records.

* Coordinate with clients and the internal service team to schedule and execute service jobs.

* Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of service assignments.

* Follow up with customers for approvals, confirmations, and service feedback.

* Maintain records of quotations, orders, and service documentation.

* Support the Service Manager in identifying new service opportunities.

* Assist in business development by coordinating with existing and potential clients.

* Ensure smooth communication between sales, service teams, and customers.

Skills Required:

* Strong communication and coordination skills

* Ability to manage multiple follow-ups and tasks

* Basic understanding of service operations and customer handling

* Good documentation and record-keeping ability

Preferred Candidate Profile:

* Engineering background preferred

* Experience in service coordination or technical sales support

* Organized, responsible, and proactive in work approach

* Comfortable working with customers, vendors, and internal teams
