Role Overview

• Responsible for driving insurance sales through relationship management and partner engagement in assigned regions.
• Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and manage relationships with customers and partners
• Drive insurance sales and achieve targets
• Identify new business opportunities in the region
• Conduct product presentations and sales meetings
• Provide after-sales support and client servicing
• Coordinate with internal teams for policy processing
• Maintain sales pipeline and reporting

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in insurance sales / BFSI
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in field sales or partner-driven sales
• Knowledge of health insurance products preferred
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region
