Assistant Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager – Field Operations to manage and oversee on-ground execution for billboard and outdoor advertising sites across North India. This role involves frequent travel to various locations for site verification, monitoring campaign execution, and supervising field executives to ensure high-quality delivery and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating with the authorities and taking all necessary steps to ensure timely compliance for the execution of the work.
• Conduct regular site visits to verify billboard installations, campaign visibility, and maintenance quality
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely campaign rollouts
• Oversee execution of outdoor advertising campaigns across multiple cities and locations
• Assign, monitor, and review tasks assigned to field executives
• Ensure proper installation, illumination, and upkeep of billboards as per client requirements
• Identify discrepancies or issues at sites and take corrective actions promptly
• Maintain detailed records of site visits, campaign status, and operational reports
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and company guidelines
