Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated person for HRMS / SaaS field sales. The role involves visiting clients, pitching HRMS solutions, conducting demos, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Field sales of HRMS / SaaS products to businesses

Visit prospects, present product features, and understand client needs

Generate leads through field activities and references

Conduct product demos and follow-ups

Close deals and achieve sales targets

Update CRM with client interactions and sales status

Coordinate with internal teams for onboarding

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (MBA Sales preferred)

0–1 year experience in field sales / SaaS / IT sales or freshers willing to do field work

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Willingness to travel locally for client meetings

Target-driven and result-oriented attitude
