The company deals into Medical Equipments and Health and Safety Industrial Products.

Job Role:

1. Target Identification

  • Build a list of hospitals (public & private) and industries relevant to your product.
  • Focus on procurement departments and decision-makers (Purchase Managers, Supply Chain Heads, etc.).
  • Use directories like Hospital Association of India, CII (Confederation of Indian Industry), and LinkedIn.

2. Initial Contact

  • Draft a professional introduction email/letter:
  • Who you are
  • What your product solves
  • Why it’s relevant for them
  • Follow up with a phone call to confirm receipt and request an appointment.

3. Appointment Scheduling

  • Offer flexible meeting slots (morning/afternoon).
  • Confirm whether they prefer physical or virtual demonstration.

4. Product Demonstration

  • Prepare a demo kit or presentation tailored to their needs.
  • Highlight:
  • Key features
  • Cost savings
  • Compliance with healthcare/industrial standards
  • Keep the demo interactive — let them test or experience the product.

5. Relationship Building

  • After the meeting, send a thank-you note with recap of discussion.
  • Share brochures, case studies, or testimonials.
  • Stay in touch with periodic updates (new features, offers, industry insights).

6. Lead Nurturing & Conversion

  • Track all contacts in a CRM tool
  • Categorize leads: Hot, Warm, Cold.
  • Follow up strategically:
  • Hot leads → Immediate proposal
  • Warm leads → Regular engagement
  • Cold leads → Occasional check-ins
  • Convert Leads into Sales


Job Requirement:

Confident and Pleasing Personality

Self-Motivated

Travelling across India (Can be extensive Travelling 15-20 days in a month).

Strong Follow up with clients.

Grasping Complete Product Knowledge

Excellent Demonstration and Presentation Skills

Salary Range: 25 to 40K Plus Allowances (TA, DA, Accommodation Etc. While travelling) Plus Sales Incentive (Based on Targets)
