Job Description
LEAP (Learning & Excellence Apprenticeship Program) by Kotak Life offers a hands-on experience to young professionals through live projects, mentorship, and business exposure in insurance and financial services.
What You’ll Do:
- Role: Assistant Partner Apprentice
- Integrated under the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme
- Work on real business projects in Sales, Operations, and Customer Experience.
- Learn how India’s insurance sector functions end-to-end.
- Support teams in business development, data analysis, and customer engagement.
- Present insights and contribute to growth initiatives.
Who Can Apply:
- First and Second year MBA/MBA Executive/ PGP/ PGDM students graduating in 2026-2027 (any stream).
