Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Assistant Sales Manager to support sales activities and drive business growth in the hotel and corporate segments. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, client-handling experience, and an interest in IT and networking solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Sales Manager in executing sales strategies

Identify and develop new business opportunities

Build and maintain relationships with hotel and corporate clients

Promote IT and network security solutions to prospective customers

Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow up for closures

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Coordinate with technical teams for smooth service delivery

Maintain sales data, reports, and client records

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in sales (IT/Networking industry preferred)

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Experience in B2B sales, especially hotels or corporates, is an advantage

Self-driven, target-oriented, and team-focused

Basic understanding of IT infrastructure and network security is a plus
