Job Description:

Sales Generation:

• Identify and target potential clients through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, etc.).
• Conduct presentations and explain the features and benefits of insurance products to clients.
• Provide clients with customized insurance solutions based on their needs and requirements.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
• Follow up on leads, close sales, and ensure that all documentation and underwriting requirements are completed promptly.
• Offer after-sales service, addressing client queries, claims assistance, and renewals.

Achieve Sales Targets:

• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Monitor personal sales performance and take proactive steps to achieve goals.

Compliance & Documentation:

• Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
• Accurately complete all sales documentation, proposals, and contracts.

Collaboration & Reporting:

• Work closely with the team, sales managers, and marketing teams to execute sales strategies.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and activity summaries to management
