Job Summary

Caterspoint is looking for an experienced Shift Manager to manage end-to-end outlet operations during assigned shifts. The role involves ensuring smooth order flow, meeting KPT and accuracy targets, maintaining hygiene and SOP compliance, supervising kitchen and packaging teams, handling customer escalations, and completing cash and stock reconciliation at the end of each shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day outlet operations during assigned shifts
• Monitor Petpooja orders, order accuracy, and KPT performance
• Ensure hygiene, food safety, and SOP compliance at all times
• Supervise kitchen and packaging teams for quality, portioning, and productivity
• Handle customer complaints and escalations efficiently
• Monitor stock levels, record wastage, and report variances
• Prepare and submit shift-wise operational reports
• Handle end-of-shift cash, billing, and stock reconciliation

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Order accuracy ≥ 98%
• KPT ≤ 10 minutes
• Complaint resolution rate ≥ 95% within SLA
• Hygiene/SOP audit score ≥ 90%
• Wastage ≤ 1.5% of shift sales
• Consumption variance ≤ 3%
• Cash reconciliation accuracy = 100%
• Staff attendance ≥ 95% during assigned shifts

Preferred Skills

• Strong operational and people management skills
• Basic understanding of POS systems (Petpooja preferred)
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in rotational shifts and fast-paced environments
