Associate - Merchandising

We are hiring an Associate for our Merchandising team - somebody who brings deep and structured thinking that will help drive mandates of fulfilling consumer demand through the right product mixes at stores

Location: Delhi (Lenskart's Okhla New Office)

Experience: 0.5 - 2 years

• Experience in merchandising, category role, replenishment, graduates/post graduates from fashion colleges – NIFTs / FDDI; Freshers welcome as well (2024 to 2025 graduates) 
• Independently own, execute tasks end to end across people, process, and technology 
• Deliver KPIs/ KRAs collaborating with multiple stakeholders and functions within the organization 
• High degree of ownership, perseverance, customer obsession, and willingness to get your hands dirty
• Ability to communicate actionable insights, trends and measure performance by running analysis on available data
• Strong sense of fashion – ability to spot trends and convert that into actionable insights 
• Strong hold on data analytics, data presentation and excel
• Highly proactive, hands-on, and driven, refined communication skills
• Experience in D2C, or brand-first consumer companies is a big plus
