Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month + performance-based incentives

Experience Required: Minimum 6 months

Education: 12th Pass preferred (candidates with lower or higher qualifications may also apply)

Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Astrology Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, convert leads into paid astrology consultations, and promote spiritual products and services. The role requires strong communication skills, sales ability, and a compassionate approach toward customer concerns.

Key Responsibilities

Inbound & Outbound Calling:

Handle customer inquiries related to astrology services, consultations, and remedies.

Sales & Lead Conversion:

Convert leads into paid astrology consultations, gemstone (RashiRatan) sales, and online pooja packages.

Customer Relationship Management:

Understand customer problems, provide basic counseling, and build long-term trust and rapport.

Appointment Scheduling:

Coordinate and schedule appointments between customers and astrologers.

Documentation & Records:

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales details.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Language Skills:

Excellent Hindi communication skills (English is an added advantage).

Sales Ability:

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals.

Interpersonal Skills:

Empathy, patience, active listening, and a customer-friendly attitude.
