We are seeking a Project Manager cum Estimator, who thrives fast-paced environment, enjoys working with a team, and wants to grow with the company. Our company is working at the PAN India level and created a successful numerous luxurious, houses, restaurants, hotels, schools, and villas located all across India. We work completely from start to finish. We are involved in turnkey projects and we are not involved in high-rise building projects.

We are looking a project manager cum estimator (interior) for our interior firm. Coordinate and oversee interior design projects from conception to completion.

Key Role Activities:

• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource efficiently.
• Liaise with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring quality standards are maintained.
• Problem-solve and address any issue that arise during project execution.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulation, and safety standards.
• Maintain clear communication channels and foster positive relationship with stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address on-site challenges.
• Uphold the firm’s reputation for excellence in design and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare the details BOQ with full specification from Autocad and 3Ds view
• Extract the qty and material from 3Ds and drawing

Requirement:

• Proven experience in project management and estimation within the turnkey interior and interior design industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize task effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of interior design principals and materials.
• Leadership qualities and the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
