Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain API automation frameworks for internal and client-facing applications.
  • Create, execute, and optimize automated test scripts using industry-standard tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured, Selenium, Cypress, or similar).
  • Build automation workflows that reduce manual dependencies in lead management, CRM, and operational processes.
  • Integrate multiple platforms and systems using API endpoints, webhooks, and cloud services.
  • Conduct performance, regression, and functional testing for all EduDAG digital tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CRM, Operations, Admissions) to identify automation opportunities.
  • Document testing results, maintain code repositories, and ensure continuous improvement in automation coverage.
  • Provide technical insights and recommend best practices for efficiency and scalability.
  • Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in API automation and automation testing.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Postman, JMeter, Selenium, or RestAssured.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
  • Strong grasp of RESTful APIs, JSON, and testing methodologies.
  • Familiarity with CRM or ERP integration (Zoho, Salesforce, or custom systems) is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced team environment.
