Make outbound and inbound calls to customers interested in cars / two-wheelers
Explain vehicle features, variants, pricing, offers, and EMI options
Generate leads and schedule showroom visits or test drives
Follow up with interested customers and close sales over calls
Maintain customer data and follow-ups in CRM
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Coordinate with showroom sales and finance team for bookings
Provide excellent customer service and handle queries
