B.tech Management Trainee

Key Responsibilities  Support day-to-day operations across assigned departments.  Act as a coordination point between teams such as MIS, Digital Marketing, and Sales to ensure seamless communication and execution of tasks.  Participate in structured training modules covering functional, technical, and soft skills.  Assist senior management in analysis, planning, and process improvement initiatives.  Conduct research, prepare reports, and deliver presentations as required.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand workflows and ensure smooth execution of tasks.  Learn and comply with company policies, procedures, and business strategies.  Take ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely delivery

quirements  Education: B.Tech Graduate.  Experience: 0–1 year.  Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.  Strong personality with a confident and professional presence.  Energetic, proactive, and a quick learner with a positive attitude.  Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.  Ability to adapt and work effectively in a dynamic corporate environment.
