Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to drive B2B sales by acquiring new clients and managing existing business relationships through regular field visits.
Key Responsibilities-
· Identify and visit potential customers in the assigned territory
· Promote and sell company products/services through direct field visits
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
· Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
· Close sales deals
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
· Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
· Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support
Requirements & Qualifications -
· Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar role
· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
· Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
· Valid driver’s license (if applicable)
· Bike compulsory
