Back-end Executive

We are looking for experienced candidates who have prior work experience in the loan/finance sector. Only serious applicants who are ready to close deals quickly should apply.

Responsibilities:

• Handle loan inquiries and convert leads into successful disbursals
• Deal with customers for Personal Loan, Business Loan, or other financial products
• Follow up with clients and ensure quick processing
• Maintain proper documentation and coordination with banks/NBFCs

Requirements:

• Minimum 1.5 year experience in loan/finance field (mandatory)
• Good communication and convincing skills
• Must be result-oriented and ready to close deals fast
• Basic knowledge of loan processes and documentation
