Job SummaryWe are looking for a Backend Executive to manage the processing and login of Personal Loan and Business Loan files. The candidate will be responsible for collecting documents, verifying information, preparing loan files, and submitting applications to banks/NBFCs for approval.

1. Key ResponsibilitiesLoan File Processing

• Handle backend processing of Personal Loan and Business Loan applications.
• Prepare and organize complete loan files as per bank/NBFC requirements.
• Ensure all required documents are collected and verified.

1. Loan Login

• Login loan cases into the bank/NBFC portal or internal system.
• Maintain accurate data entry and documentation.
• Coordinate with sales team for missing documents.

1. Document Verification

• Check documents like KYC, Income Proof, Bank Statements, GST, ITR, Business Proof, etc.
• Ensure documents meet bank guidelines before submission.

1. Coordination

• Follow up with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams regarding file status.
• Provide updates on approval, queries, and disbursement status.

1. Data Management

• Maintain records of all loan files and track their progress.
• Update CRM or internal database regularly.
• Required SkillsBasic knowledge of Personal Loan & Business Loan process
• Good documentation and data entry skills
• Familiarity with loan login portals or CRM systems
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• QualificationGraduate (Any Stream)
• Knowledge of banking, finance, or loan processing will be an advantage.
• Preferred ExperienceExperience in DSA / Loan Processing / NBFC / Bank backend operations
• Understanding of CIBIL check, eligibility calculation, and documentation
