Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to manage day-to-day administrative operations, ensure smooth coordination with hotels and vendors, and provide reliable support to the management team.   • Key ResponsibilitiesPerform accurate data entry and maintain records in company systems and databases.
  • Coordinate with hotels, vendors, and service providers for bookings, reservations, and operational requirements.
  • Maintain smooth communication with internal teams for operational coordination.
  • Assist management with administrative and coordination-related tasks.
  • Prepare basic reports and maintain updated operational information.
  • Handle email communication and coordination with external partners.
  • Cold Calling, lead filtering - meta.
