Job Description
- ey ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day back-office operations and administrative activities
- Maintain and update records, files, and databases (physical & digital)
- Prepare reports, MIS, and summaries as required by management
- Coordinate with internal departments (Accounts, Purchase, Sales, HR, etc.)
- Handle documentation such as invoices, purchase orders, delivery challans, and agreements
- Monitor emails, phone calls, and internal correspondence
- Assist in billing, data entry, and basic accounts coordination
- Track follow-ups with vendors, clients, and internal teams
- Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies
- Support audits and provide required documents when needed
