Back Office Executive

Order Booking & Processing

• Receive and confirm orders from various channels (WhatsApp, website, marketplaces, internal sales team)
• Ensure order details are accurate (product, quantity, address, customization if any)

Order Tracking & Updates

• Maintain real-time order status across the pipeline (received, in production, dispatched, delivered)
• Coordinate with internal teams (production, packing, logistics) for timely execution

Customer Communication

• Update customers on order confirmation, delays, dispatch, and delivery
• Handle basic customer queries related to order status in a clear and polite manner

Invoice & Documentation

• Generate invoices and related order documents
• Maintain proper records for billing, dispatch, and reconciliation

Backend Coordination

• Ensure smooth handover between sales, production, and dispatch
• Flag delays, issues, or mismatches proactively

Data & Records Management

• Maintain order sheets, customer details, and daily reports
• Update internal trackers regularly and accurately

Support Tasks

• Assist with any additional backend or operational tasks as required based on order pipeline and business needs
