Responsibilities :

1. Preparing quotations / purchase orders / proforma invoices / sales orders
2. Handling emails
3. Converting enquiries / Leads to orders
4. Assisting in day to day office work
5. Co ordination with clients
6. Handling emails and replying to mails independently
7. Preparing sales report on daily basis and follow up of the same
8. Preparing MIS for sales
9. Should have good written and verbal communication in English
10. Assisting and supporting management
11. Generating leads thru mailers
12. Having basic knowledge of Photoshop for editing catalogues etc will be added advantage
13. Good command in MS office
