Back Office Executive

Job Summary:

• The Back Office Executive will be responsible for managing administrative, accounting support, and documentation tasks. The role requires strong working knowledge of Busy software for data entry, billing, record keeping, and support to the accounts and sales teams.

key Responsbilites :

• Create and manage sales invoices, purchase bills, debit/credit notes in Busy/Tally.
• Maintain and update account ledgers accurately.
• Enter and update customer, vendor, and product data in the system.
• Maintain digital and physical records such as invoices, challans, and payment receipts.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
• Coordinate with sales, accounts, and logistics teams for smooth workflow.
• Follow up with vendors/customers for document submission, payment status, and order updates.
• Handle email communication, documentation, and office correspondence.
• Update stock-in/stock-out entries in Busy/Tally.
