Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
•
Assist in TRAVELS & TICKETING issuance & processes and maintain all related documentation.
•
Maintain and update employee, client, and travel-related databases.
•
Handle email correspondence, email marketing, and follow-ups.
•
Make and receive calls for employee coordination, client communication, and marketing purposes.
•
Perform office administrative tasks including filing, typing, and record maintenance.
•
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
•
Prepare reports and maintain document logs for management and audit purposes.
